About the Silicone Line

Irontech's silicone range is built in platinum-cured silicone poured around a pre-installed skeleton, and it is where nearly all of the brand's technology lands first. Skin finishes are exclusive to it — Silk Glow and Petal Skin are silicone-only options, alongside the standard natural and tanned tones — as are the ROS and ROS MAX heads, where ROS MAX adds a lower-eyelid structure, an upgraded jaw and oral function. Ultra Light Weight (ULW) bodies are also a silicone-only option, built through a controlled slow-pour process to take weight out of the body so it is easier to lift, pose, dress and store, without changing the shape or the feel. Weight saved varies by body model and configuration, so we quote it per model rather than as a blanket figure. Underneath, the current EVO skeleton uses 201 stainless steel with double-gear knee joints and a movable shoulder design, and is offered in normal or loose tension. Silicone is the firmer material, but it is non-porous, so it resists odour and staining and cleans in seconds.
