How long until she arrives?
A made-to-order doll takes 4 to 6 weeks to build, then ships. A doll already sitting in our US warehouse ships in 7 to 10 days within the contiguous United States.
You get tracking the moment we have it, and we tell you where things stand at every stage rather than leaving you to wonder.
What does the box look like when it turns up?
A plain, unbranded crate. No logos, no brand name, and no doll references anywhere on the label or the paperwork. Nothing on the outside tells anyone what is inside.
How does the charge show up on my statement?
It is billed discreetly — the charge does not name the product. If you want to know exactly how it will read before you commit, ask us and we will tell you.
Will I get a customs or import bill later?
No. Customs and import fees on factory shipments are paid up front, so there is nothing owed when she arrives. No courier at the door asking for money.
Can I return her or get a refund?
There are no returns or refunds on dolls or adult toys. That is the nature of the product, and every seller in this category works the same way.
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us. We take it up with the factory on your behalf and stay on it until it is sorted — you are not left arguing with a manufacturer on the other side of the world.
What clothing size fits her?
Under 150cm: Extra Small. 150cm to 170cm: Extra Small to Small. 171cm and up: Small to Medium. Go by height and bust — many listings include a sizing chart in the product images.
Wash dark or black clothing gently several times before you dress her. The dye transfers, and a stain on silicone or TPE does not come out.
Can I customize her?
Yes. Most listings carry head, skin tone, eye, wig and body upgrade options right on the product page.
If you want something you cannot see listed, ask before ordering. A lot more is available from the factories than we show — it just is not all on the page.
