About Us and FAQ

Welcome to LoveDoll Senpai. We sell high-quality silicone and TPE companion dolls, and we are enthusiasts ourselves — we came to this through cosplay, through the fun of bringing a favourite character to life and escaping into it for a while. That is still how we think about what we sell.

We are a verified vendor on The Doll Forum, our support team is based in the United States, and we deal with the factories directly on your behalf. We will keep you up to date at every stage of your order, and if something goes wrong we are your advocate with the manufacturer — you will not be left arguing with a factory on the other side of the world.

You must be 18 or older to buy from this store.

Everything below is what we get asked most. If your question is not here, write to us — a real person reads every message.

Ordering & Lead Times

How long until she arrives?

Most of our dolls are made to order — handmade by the manufacturer after you place the order, not pulled off a shelf. As a general rule that is 4 to 6 weeks depending on how much you customise, and then she ships.

It varies by brand and line:

  • Zelex SLE: Zelex quotes 7 to 10 days. A head with implanted hair is the exception — those are built in China and take around 45 days.
  • Zelex Inspiration: roughly 2 to 3 weeks.
  • USA In Stock: already built. 7 to 10 days, free shipping — see below.
  • Clothing and accessories: ship separately from overseas, up to 30 days.

What slows an order down?

Two things, mostly. Implanted hair is done strand by strand and adds build time on almost every brand. And Chinese New Year shuts the factories for a stretch each year — anything in the queue around it takes longer. We will tell you if either applies to your build.

Do you have anything ready to ship now?

Yes. Our USA In Stock dolls are already built and already in the country, and they ship in 7 to 10 days, free.

Two things to know: an in-stock doll cannot be customised — she is finished, and what you see in the listing is exactly what you get — and each one is one of one. When she is gone, she is gone.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Tell us as soon as possible and we will find out where your build stands. If the factory has not started, there is usually room to move. Once a custom doll is in production, changes and cancellations may not be possible — she is being handmade to your specification and cannot be reassigned to another customer. We will always tell you honestly what is and is not still open.

Can I track my order?

Yes — we send tracking on every item the moment the factory or warehouse gives it to us. If a shipment goes quiet, tell us and we will chase it.

I ordered a long time ago and cannot find my order. Can you help?

Yes. Send us whatever you have — a name, an email address, a rough date, a payment reference. Some older orders were taken outside our current system, so if nothing comes up straight away it does not mean your order is not real. We will track it down.

Shipping, Customs & Where We Ship

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, and standard shipping and customs fees are included in the price of every doll. The manufacturer handles both.

Will I get a customs or import bill?

No. Customs is paid up front, so there is nothing owed when she arrives and no courier at your door asking for money.

Where can USA In Stock dolls ship?

The contiguous United States only. That excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other islands, and it excludes PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. This applies to every in-stock line we carry.

If you are at one of those addresses, order a made-to-order doll instead, or talk to us first and we will work out the best route.

I am in Hawaii, Alaska or somewhere remote. Can you still ship to me?

Usually yes, but these destinations can carry an extra air-freight charge depending on the doll's weight. We will confirm any additional cost with you before anything ships — we will never quote you a number we are not sure of, and nothing goes out until you have agreed to it.

Are there places you cannot ship certain brands?

Yes, one. Zelex SLE cannot be sold into the United Kingdom or Australia — that is a restriction Zelex places on us, not a choice of ours. If you are in either country, ask us and we will point you at a Zelex Inspiration or another brand that gets you close to what you wanted.

Privacy & Discretion

What does the package look like?

A plain, unbranded crate. No logos, no brand name, and no doll references anywhere on the label or the paperwork. Nothing on the outside tells anyone what is inside.

How will the charge appear on my statement?

It is billed discreetly — the charge does not name the product. If you want to know exactly how it will read before you commit, ask us and we will tell you.

What happens to my personal details?

Checkout is secure, and we use your details to fulfil your order and talk to you about it — nothing else. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for the full version, and Do not sell my personal information if you are in California.

Returns, Refunds & Problems

Can I return a doll or get a refund?

No. There are no returns or refunds on dolls. Given what the product is and how it is used, it cannot be resold or restocked, and every seller in this category works the same way.

So please be sure before you order — and if you are unsure about a body, a head, a material or an option, ask us first. We would far rather spend ten minutes helping you choose than have you stuck with the wrong doll.

What about adult toys?

No returns or refunds on adult toys either, for the same reason.

She arrived damaged, or she is not what I ordered. Now what?

Contact us straight away with photos and your order number. This is the part we are genuinely good at: we take it up with the factory on your behalf and stay on it until it is resolved. Transit damage and factory faults are exactly the situations we exist to handle for you — do not try to sort it out with the manufacturer yourself.

And cosplay outfits or clothing?

Clothing problems are handled case by case. Tell us what is wrong and we will work with you on the best solution we can.

Choosing Your Doll

Silicone or TPE — what is the difference?

  • Silicone is firmer, holds fine detail better, resists heat and staining, and is easier to keep clean. It photographs beautifully. It costs more.
  • TPE is softer and more elastic to the touch, and noticeably cheaper. It is more porous, so it stains more easily and needs more regular cleaning and powdering.

Neither is simply better — it is a trade-off between feel, upkeep and budget. Tell us what matters most to you and we will point you at the right one.

Wig or implanted hair?

A wig is swappable, cheaper, and lets you change her look in seconds. Implanted hair is rooted into the scalp, looks far more realistic, needs gentler handling, and usually adds build time. Most people start with a wig.

Soft head or hard head?

A soft head usually has a movable jaw and oral capability. A hard head takes a sharper, crisper makeup finish. What is available varies by brand and by sculpt, so check the listing — and ask if it is not clear.

What do ROS and ROS MAX mean?

Both are upgraded head constructions. ROS MAX is not the same thing as ROS — it is a different, upgraded version, and the two are often confused. The listing title always says which one you are looking at. If you are comparing two dolls and the price gap does not make sense, this is usually why.

What is a seamless doll?

On a seamless or all-in-one doll the head and body are a single piece, with no neck seam. It looks better in photographs and in person. The trade-off is that the head cannot be swapped — you are choosing that face permanently.

How much does she weigh?

Heavier than most people expect, and this is the single thing we most often wish customers had asked about first. Two warnings:

  • Spec-table weights usually do not include the head. Add a few more kilos to whatever the chart says.
  • Weights vary between production batches by a couple of kilograms either way.

If handling or storage is a concern, tell us before you order. Many brands offer a weight-reduced body, and a smaller doll or a torso may serve you far better than a full-size one you struggle to move.

Are the cup sizes accurate?

They are our best estimate. Some manufacturers — Irontech among them — do not publish cup sizes at all, so where a listing shows one we have worked it out from the measurements. Treat it as a guide and go by the measurements and photos.

Sizing — Clothing & Shoes

What clothing size fits her?

Many listings include a sizing chart in the product images — check there first. As a general guide:

  • Under 150cm: Extra Small
  • 150cm to 170cm: Extra Small, or Small if she is fuller busted
  • 171cm and above: Small, or Medium if she is fuller busted

Bust matters as much as height. If she falls between two sizes, size up — doll limbs do not bend the way yours do, tight clothing is hard to get on, and it can mark the skin.

Wash dark or black clothing gently several times before you dress her. The dye transfers onto silicone and TPE, and that kind of stain does not come out.

What shoe size?

Most shoe-wearing listings include a chart in the product images. As a reference point, a 21cm foot takes roughly a size 4.5 to 5. Foot length varies a lot between bodies even at the same height, so if your doll's foot measurement is not listed, ask us before buying shoes rather than guessing.

Customising Your Order

What can I change?

Most listings carry head, skin tone, eye, wig and body upgrade options right on the product page. A great deal more is available from the factories than we show on any single listing.

I want something I cannot see listed.

Ask before you order. Plenty of options exist that simply are not on the page — different heads on different bodies, finishes, upgrades, combinations. Sometimes the answer is no, but it is worth the question, and it costs you one email.

Can I customise an in-stock doll?

No. In-stock dolls are already built and sitting in a warehouse. If you want choices, order made to order.

Caring for Her

How do I clean her?

Mild soap and warm water, then pat her completely dry. Irrigate and dry the cavities after use — trapped moisture is what causes problems later. Your manufacturer's manual covers the specifics for your doll, and it is worth reading once properly.

How should I store her?

Lying flat, or hanging from her hook. Not standing upright for long periods — that puts continuous load on the ankles and feet. Keep her out of long direct sunlight.

What will damage her?

Dark dyes and ink are the big ones — denim, cheap black clothing, newsprint, leather. Long sun exposure degrades the material. And use water-based lube only; silicone-based lube attacks a silicone doll.

Promotions

Are there any deals on right now?

Usually, yes. Factory promotions rotate constantly — free upgrades, second heads, included options — and we list every live one on our Deals & Perks page. That page is the authority; it is kept current, and anything that has expired comes off it.

Reaching Us

How do I get in touch?

Email sales@lovedollsenpai.com or use the contact form. We answer every message, usually within one business day. Replies come from a US-based team and are written discreetly — no doll references in the subject line or the body. We do not publish a phone number; everything goes through email so there is a written record for both of us.

I already ordered. How do I check on it?

Reply to your order confirmation, or send us your order number. We will tell you honestly where it stands — including when the answer is that the factory is behind.

Is there a community?

There is. Our Discord is where questions get answered fastest and where new arrivals show up first, and we post on Instagram as well. Both are good places to see real owner photos before you commit to a body or a head.
