Shipping and customs included

Standard shipping and customs fees are included in the price of every doll. The manufacturer handles both, so there are no surprise charges when your doll arrives. Orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging, and nothing on the box or label shows what's inside. We'll email your tracking number as soon as the carrier gives it to us.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom dolls are made to order

Most of our dolls are custom, made to order and handmade by the manufacturer after you place your order. Your choice of head, skin tone and options is built to your specification. That takes time, and it's worth the wait.

• Typical delivery for custom dolls is 4 to 6 weeks from the order date.
• Heavier customisation, implanted hair and manufacturer holidays (including Chinese New Year) can add time.
• If there's any delay with your order, we'll let you know.

READY TO SHIP

USA In Stock dolls

Dolls listed as "USA IN STOCK" are already built and ship from the manufacturer's US warehouse in 7 to 10 days. They can't be customised.

These dolls ship within the contiguous United States only. We can't ship them to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or other US islands
• PO Boxes
• APO/FPO military addresses

WORLDWIDE

International orders

We ship custom dolls worldwide, with standard shipping and customs included in the price. Some remote destinations need air freight instead of standard shipping, and those may carry an extra shipping charge. We'll confirm any extra charge with you before your doll ships. Zelex SLE dolls can't be sold in the United Kingdom or Australia.

Clothing and accessories

Clothing and cosplay items ship from overseas and can take up to 30 days to arrive.

Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before you order. Once a doll has shipped, we can't change the address.
