Penny is the corporate queen of Irontech’s Kenya Boss series. She grew up in a respectable middle-class family in Miami, where she was taught how to smile, how to host, and how to be a “proper wife.” She heard the advice that a woman’s smartest investment is a powerful husband — and never agreed with it. Her blood carries Caribbean heat and the cool pride of Spanish colonial aristocracy. She knows how to draw every eye in the room, and she knows attention is not power. She never wanted to belong to someone else’s story; she wanted to write the rules.

Her story: Penny arrived in the city with no connections and no safety net, only ambition. By day she spoke in boardrooms, calm and exact. At night she stayed late in the office with the lights on, never hiding that she wanted more — the bigger title, the bigger office, the final word. When she finally took the corner office with the floor-to-ceiling windows, the man who once looked down on her was reporting to her. After meetings he is always the last to leave. The door closes, the air turns heavier than it was all day, and he still calls her “Ms. Penny” — with something he can’t quite keep out of his voice. She isn’t the woman who gets chosen. She is the woman who decides who gets close.
