Shipping

• Dolls will take 4-6 weeks depending on the level of customization.
• Clothing items are shipped from overseas locations and will take up to 30 days to arrive.
• We will provide tracking information to you on all items as soon as we have it.

Sizing

Many of the clothing products have sizing charts included with the images you can use for referral. A general rule of thumb is this:

• Under 150cm buy Xtra Small
• 150cm-170cm buy Xtra Small to Small, depending on height and bust size
• 171cm and up buy Small to Medium, depending on height and bust size

IF YOU BUY DARK OR BLACK CLOTHING, MAKE SURE TO WASH IT GENTLY SEVERAL TIMES OR YOU TAKE THE RISK OF STAINING YOUR DOLL.

For Shoe sizes, man of the product will have sizing charts included with the images. If not, you can refer to the following:

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds or returns on doll purchases. We're sorry, but this is due to the nature of the product. If there are issues with your order, please contact us so we can work with you and the manufacturer to resolve them ASAP.

There are no returns or refunds on adult toys.

For cosplay outfits and other clothing, let us know if there are any issues with your order. We're happy to work with you on the best solution possible.
